摘要
以热连轧粗轧机和中板轧机的电动压下APC为研究对象,根据电动压下的工艺要求,设计电动压下APC及压下电气同步控制系统。指出压下APC工作过程中出现的问题及解决措施。
The paper takes the electrical screwdown system APC for the rough mill and plate mill of hot continuous rolling mills for example to explain how to design an electrical screw-down system APC and its electrical synchronization system, and points out the problems that may arise during the operation of the screwdown system APC and how to solve those problem.
