摘要
根据盾构机工作的地质环境,结合前盾结构设计原则,计算前盾结构在实际工作中所承受的载荷。确定分析所需的边界条件后,为提高计算效率和分析精度,采用8节点壳单元,而为施加切向载荷采用表面效应单元。根据前盾结构应力分析的结果及内部空间布置要求,提出结构的补强措施,改进后的设计方案满足前盾工作的技术要求。
The load that acts on the shield foreside in the actual operation is analysed and calculated by the means of finite element analysis on the basis of the geologic environment where the shield machine works and the design principle of the shield foreside. After the boundary condition is determined, 8-node unit is used in order to increase calculation efficiency and analysis precision and surface effect unit is used to apply tangential load on the model. The reinforcement method is proposed on the basis of the analysis result and the requirement on the arrangement inside the shield machine. The modified design can meet the operation requirement.
