蛋白组学技术在苯并芘毒性研究中应用进展 被引量:2

摘要 人们在日常生活中能够接触到各种各样的多环芳烃类化合物(polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,PAHs),其主要来源是不完全燃烧的有机物,如垃圾焚烧、汽车尾气、熏制食品等[1]。其中,高分子量多环芳烃苯并(a)芘(benzo[a]pyrene,BaP),由于其细胞毒性、致突变性和致癌性,成为目前探讨最多的PAHs。近些年,随着蛋白组学发展,
