摘要
环模制粒机是一个非线性、强耦合、大时滞、多变量的复杂控制对象,其主要被控变量是制粒机的制粒主电机电流和调质器出口的温度。制粒过程是现代饲料生产中最常见的工艺之一,为了获得质量稳定的产品和最大化的生产效率,制粒机调制温度以及主电机电流必须准确地控制在期望值附近。另外国内大多数制粒机采取人工操作方法。介绍了制粒机的温度电流控制回路,分析了其对象本身的耦合性与滞后性,设计了基于STM32的制粒机自动控制系统以及良好的控制算法,有效地解决上述所存在的问题,并对锅炉水箱对象(液位与温度)进行实验,取得良好的控制效果。
Hoop Standard Granulator is a nonlinear complex control object with strong coupling, large time delay and multiple variables. The main controlled variable is the main motor current and the conditioner outlet temperature. Granulating is one of the most common steps in the modem feed manufacturing process. In order to keep the stable quality of products and maximize the efficiency, the feed pellet system must be controlled in a given range. In addition, most of the domestic granulators take artificial operation methods. Therefore, this paper introduces the current and temperature conrol circuit for the granulating machine. The coupling and lagging behind the object itself are analyzed. An automatic control system is designed for granulating machine based on STM32. A good control algorithm can effectively solve the above problems. It tests the liquid level and temperature of the boiler water tank, and achieves good control effect.
