石蜡封孔的稀土镁合金微弧氧化膜的耐蚀性 被引量:6

摘要 为提高Mg-10.0Gd-2.0Y-0.4Zr稀土镁合金微弧氧化膜的耐蚀性,对其进行了石蜡封孔,采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、能谱仪(EDS)分析微弧氧化膜的组成;利用测厚仪、扫描电镜(SEM)、润湿角测定仪测定封孔前后微弧氧化膜的厚度、形貌、亲水性;通过电化学测试和盐雾试验评价了石蜡封孔前后膜层的耐蚀性。结果表明:稀土镁合金微弧氧化膜具有多孔结构,膜层包含MgO和Mg_2SiO_4 2种晶相物质;石蜡封孔后,膜的微孔完全被石蜡分子填充,表面憎水性能得到了大幅度提升;经石蜡封孔处理后微弧氧化膜的耐蚀性得到了显著提高。 The micro-arc oxidation ceramic coatings prepared on Mg-10.0Gd-2. 0Y-0. 4Zr rareearth Mg alloy were sealed with wax. The phase structure and elemental composition of as-prepared micro-arc oxidation coatingswere analyzed. The thickness, morphology, wettability and corrosion resistance of the coatings before and after sealing were investi-gated. Results showed that as-prepared micro-arc oxidation coatings were porous and consisted of MgO and Mg2Si04 crystals. Aftersealing with wax, the pores of the coatings were completely filled by the wax, and hence their hydrophobicity rose significantly. In the meantime, sealing with wax helped to greatly improve the corrosion resistance of the micro-arc oxidation coatings on the rare earth Mg alloy.
