摘要
为了考察电镀锌镍合金替代航空用高强度钢镀镉、镀镉钛的可能性,在航空用高强度钢表面电镀锌镍合金层后进行三价铬钝化,并将其与六价铬钝化的镀镉和镀镉钛层进行对比,研究其耐盐雾和周期浸蚀性能。结果表明:锌镍合金的耐盐雾性能和周期浸蚀性能优于镀镉和镀镉钛,耐蚀性完全符合航空用高强度钢的要求;且该工艺环保低污染,可替代航空用镀镉、镀镉钛。
Zn-Ni alloy coating was prepared on the surface of high strength steel used for aviation industry by electroplating. Resultant electroplated coating was passivated with trivalent Cr; and then its corrosion resistance was compared with those of the electroplated Cd coating and Cd-Ti coating passivated by hexavalent Cr. It was found that, whether during the salt-spray corrosion tests or the periodical immersion corrosion tests,the electroplated Zn-Ni alloy coating after passivation, which exhibited better corrosion resistance than electroplated Cd coating and Cd-Ti coating after passivation,was suitable for the corrosion protection of the high strength steel used in aviation industry.
