城市排水防涝问题的几点思考

Some reflections on city drainage water-logging prevention problems

简述了城市排水防涝的概念及标准,对城市发生内涝的原因进行了分析,提出了加速雨水源头控制和利用、加快城市排水系统升级改造、设置涝水行泄通道等城市排水防涝措施,以减少内涝灾害的发生。

This paper simply introduced the concept and standard of city drainage water-logging prevention,analyzed the city water-logging reasons,put forward acceleration the control and utilization of rainwater source,acceleration the upgrading of city drainage system,setting flood water discharge channel and other city drainage water-logging prevention measures,to reduce occurrence of water-logging disasters.
