Taking the cost of architectural projects beyond their budgets,the paper illustrates the importance of the cost budget control,analyzes some reasons for the cost beyond budgets from the cost’s general budget compilation,management,budget personnel,and exterior factors,and points out some control strategies,so as to low the occurrence of the phenomenon effectively.
