摘要
对建筑产业化系统与BIM技术进行了介绍,分析了BIM在产业化系统中的作用,并从建筑设计、施工、运营维护等方面进行了阐述,同时对BIM技术在建筑产业化系统中存在的问题进行了研究,提出了相应的改进建议,以促进BIM技术的发展。
The paper introduces the architectural industrialization system and BIM technique,analyzes its role in the industrialization system,illustrates from the architectural design,construction,and operation maintenance,researches some problems of the technique in the architectural industrialization system,and points out respective measures,so as to enhance its development.
