摘要
以山东省嘉祥县和汶上县的土地托管合作社经营模式为例,分析了土地托管产生的背景,介绍了服务内容和服务方式。在对土地托管进行SWOT分析基础上,探讨了土地托管的创新方式、适度经营及政策和资金扶持等问题,对现阶段我国土地规模化集约化经营具有推广借鉴意义。
Taking the land trust professional cooperatives in Jiaxiang County and Wenshang County as cases, the production background of land trust service was analyzed , and the service content and mode were also introduced in this paper .The innovation mode , proper management , policy and fund supports from government , and so on , were investigated based on the SWOT analysis of land trust .The results could provide references for present large -scale and intensive management of land in China .
