Humane Quality-oriented Education and English Education in Universities from the Perspective of Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Theory

人文素质教育是当前高校素质教育的关键,是大学生事业和身心全面发展、和谐发展的需要。本文以人文素质教育的内涵和马斯洛需要层次理论为切入点,探究高校英语教育中的人文素养教育,以期达到高校教师和学生对人文素养的反思、批判和践行的目的。

Humane quality-oriented education is one of the important factors involving in today’ s higher edu-cation.It’s necessary for the university students to make an all-around development and build a good personal-ity.Based on the content of the humane quality-oriented education,the paper is to explore the humane educa-tion in teaching English in university after analyzing Maslow’ s hierarchy of the needs theory,aiming at the deep thoughts and refection from the universtiy teachers and students.
