关节镜下肩袖完全撕裂手术应用富血小板血浆的Meta分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:通过Meta分析评价在关节镜下肩袖完全撕裂手术中应用富血小板血浆的临床疗效。方法:计算机检索数据库Pub Med、EMBASE、Springer、Ovid、Cochrane图书馆、中国生物医学文献数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库等医学文献数据库所有关于富血小板血浆治疗关节镜下肩袖完全撕裂的临床前瞻性对照研究,并查阅所有检出文献和相关综述的参考文献作为补充资料,截止2013年12月。采用Rev Man 5.1软件进行统计分析。结果:共纳入6篇随机对照研究和1篇前瞻性研究。Meta分析结果显示,与对照组相比富血小板血浆组的肩关节功能评分差异无统计学意义,且再撕裂的发生率差异无统计学意义。结论:富血小板血浆不能改善关节镜下修复肩袖完全撕裂术后肩关节功能评分,不减少术后再撕裂的发生风险。
