摘要
本文通过浸轧工艺对超纤锦纶PU合成革进行涂料染色;考察粘合剂种类及粘合剂、交联剂用量对产品染色性能的影响;经检测该样品无论是均匀度还是染色牢度都能达到较好的水平。
Pigment dyeing was conducted on microfiber nylon PU synthetic leather by dip-padding process. The effects on the fabric pigment dyeing were investigated such as the kind and amount of adhesive,the amount of cross-linking agent. After the test,both uniformity coefficient and dye fastness of the fabric reach the high level.
