摘要
目的:分析孕妇的叶酸增补知识与行为,为针对性地开展健康教育提供依据。方法:对431例围产期孕妇随机进行围孕期叶酸增补知识和行为进行问卷调查。结果:对增补叶酸最好持续时间的知晓率仅15.6%,对增补叶酸的目的、增补叶酸应至少持续的时间、每日增补叶酸适宜剂量的知晓率均〈60.0%,对一些知识的认知度高中以下组更低。3.0%的孕妇未曾增补叶酸,仅孕前或孕后增补叶酸者为33.6%,孕前1个月~孕后3个月增补叶酸者为22.3%,孕前3个月~孕后3个月增补叶酸、孕前3个月~整个孕期增补叶酸者分别为32.5%、8.6%。结论:被调查孕妇的叶酸增补知识水平偏低,叶酸增补行为有待改进,文化程度较低者应为健康教育的重点人群。
Objective: To analyze knowledge and behavior of folic acid supplementation among pregnant women, and provide a ba- sis for carrying out targeted health education. Methods: Knowledge and behavior of folic acid supplementation among 431 pregnant women were surveyed by a questionnaire. Results: The awareness rate of the best duration time of folic acid supplementation was only 15.6% , and the awareness rates of the purpose, the least duration time and the daily appropriate dosage of folic acid supplementation were all below 60.0%. The awareness rate among the pregnant women with only high school educational level or under high school educational level was lower. About 3.0% of the pregnant women never took folic acid, and 33.6% of them took folic acid just before or after pregnancy. Those who took folic acid from 1 month before pregnancy to 3 months after pregnancy accounted for 22. 3% of all the pregnant women, and those who took folic acid from 3 month before pregnancy to 3 months after pregnancy and from three months before pregnancy to the whole pregnan- cy accounted for 32. 5% and 8. 6%, respectively. Conclusion: The level of knowledge about folic acid supplementation among the pregnant women investigated is relatively low, and the behavior of folie acid supplementation should be improved. The women with low educational level should be the focus group for health education.
