摘要
目的:建立深圳市龙岗区血清标志物AFP、β-h CG及u E3的中位数,分析其与出生缺陷的临床意义。方法:采用时间分辨荧光免疫分析仪检测7323例孕中期孕妇血清AFP、β-h CG及u E3浓度建立中位数,分析中位数调整前、后高风险检出率及风险值的差异。结果:AFP、u E3中位数值与软件内嵌值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但β-h CG中位数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);中位数调整前、后高风险检出率和风险值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:三联筛查方案中其中位数对出生缺陷风险值的影响要综合分析。
Objective: To establish the medians of serum markers - alpha fetoprotein ( AFP),β- human chorionic gonadotropin (β-hCG) and uncojugated estriol in Longgang District, analyze the clinical significance of the medians and birth defects. Methods: The concentrations of serum AFP, β- hCG and uncojugated estriol in 7 323 pregnant women during the second trimester of pregnancy were detec- ted by time - resolved fluorescence immunoassay and the medians were established. The detection rates of high risk and the differences of risk values before and after adjusting the medians were analyzed. Results: There were statistically significant differences between the medians of AFP, uncojugated estriol and software embedded values ( P 〈 0.05 ) , but there was no statistically significant difference in the median of β- hCG ( P 〉 0. 05 ) . There was no statistically significant difference in detection rates of high risk and the differences of risk values between before and after adjusting the medians ( P 〉 0. 05 ) . Conclusion : The effects of medians of AFP, β- hCG and uncojugated estriol on birth defects risk value in triple test should be comprehensively analyzed.
