妥洛特罗贴剂治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘夜间咳嗽的疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of tulobuterol patch in treatment of nighttime coughing resulting from cough variant asthma

目的:探讨妥洛特罗贴剂在儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘(CAV)治疗中的作用。方法:选取该院儿科门诊收治的113例CAV患儿随机分为治疗组55例,对照组58例。对照组给予常规治疗:口服抗组胺药、白三烯受体拮抗剂,按病情需要使用祛痰、抗感染药物;治疗组除常规治疗外,每晚睡前外贴妥洛特罗贴剂,比较两组患儿夜间咳嗽症状及症状体征消失的时间。结果:治疗组患儿夜间咳嗽症状及治疗时间情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:妥洛特罗贴剂在控制夜间咳嗽症状和缩短治疗时间上疗效显著,使用方便,不良反应少。

Objective： To explore the effect of tulobuterol patch in treatment of cough variant asthma （CAV） in children. Meth- ods： A total of 113 CAV children treated in outpatient department of the hospital were selected and randomly divided into treatment group （55 children） and control group （58 children） ; the children in control group were treated with conventional therapy, including oral adminis- tration of antihistamines and leukotriene receptor antagonist, expectorant and anti - infection drugs were also used if necessary; the children in treatment group were treated with conventional therapy combined with tulobuterol patch before sleep; the disappearance time of nighttime coughing, symptoms and signs in the two groups were compared. Results ： The disappearance time of nighttime coughing and treatment time in treatment group were better than those in control group, there were statistically significant differences （ P 〈 0.01 ） . Conclusion ： Tu- lohuterol patch can control nighttime coughing and shorten treatment time in treatment of CAV, the curative effect is significant, and the method is simple, the adverse reactions are few.
