摘要
皮带机在现代化的生产中被广泛应用到各个领域,其设计的人性化,安全性系数显得格外重要,而且皮带机的布局灵活性比较大,有时要根据用户的需要结合皮带机放置的地形进行合理化的布局。本设计就是把机尾架又作为张紧装置架使用,并参照STG皮带机的标准储带装置架进行改良,解决了场地小,皮带张紧行程短的问题,并且也满足了技术协议要求的机尾采用涡轮卷筒张紧的方式。
Belt conveyor is widely applied to various fields in modem production. Its humanized design and safety coefficient is particularly important, and the layout flexibility of belt machine is relatively large, so sometimes the rational layout should be conducted according to user's needs and combining with the terrain of belt machine. This design is to consider the end machine frame as the tension device frame, and conduct the improvement with the reference to the standardized belt storage device frame of STG belt conveyor, which solves the problems of the small site and the short trip of belt, and also meets the requirements of the technical agreement that the end machine uses the turbine tail reel tension mode.
