本文通过对馆陶县水资源状况调查、分析,得出水资源严重短缺,地下水超采带来的危害,节水的紧迫性。提出了全民必须增强节水自觉性以及解决水资源危机,保障经济社会可持续发展合理可行的建议和措施。

This paper expounds the urgency of the water saving and the damage of the shortage of water resources and groundwater over-drawl by the investigation and analysis of the water resources situation in Guantao county, and puts forward the reasonable suggestions and measures to strengthen water saving consciousness of the people, solve the crisis of the water resources and guarantee the sustainable development of the economy and society.
