摘要
针对影响水利工程施工进度各因素的不确定性以及网络计划中各个工序持续时间的不确定性的问题,文章运用了模糊网络计划的方法,对工程网络图中各条线路成为关键路线的概率进行了计算,从而判断出整个工程的完工风险,进一步完成整个工程的风险预测与评估。
Based on the uncertainty of the factors affecting the various processes of water conservancy construction schedule and the uncertainty problems of the duration of each working procedure in network planning, the article calculates the probabilities that the lines become critical path in project network diagram using the fuzzy network planning method, to determine the overall project completion risk, and further to complete the risk prediction and assessment of the entire project.
