近年来随着国际国内无缝钢管市场行情的持续低迷,各类无缝钢管生产企业营销体系面临着极大的困难和挑战。本文通过对武汉钢铁(集团)公司无缝钢管产品营销环境的分析,对营销市场进行了合理而有效的细分,并结合企业的特点,明确了企业的目标市场,继而提出了新的营销4P组合策略和解决方案,希望对无缝钢管企业的营销渠道建设具有参考价值。
In recent years, with the continued depression of market quotation of the international and domestic seamless steel tube, the marketing system of all kinds of seamless steel tube production enterprises have faced great difficulties and challenges. This paper analyzes the marketing environment of the seamless steel tube product in Wuhan Iron and Steel (Group) Corporation, reasonably and effectively subdivides the market, combined with the characteristics of the enterprise defines the target market of the enterprise and then puts forward the new marketing 4p combination strategy and the solutions, hoping that these can provide the reference for the marketing channel construction of the seamless steel tube enterprises.
