图书馆为各民族提供的服务要存在多样化,多样化是社会发展的趋势,要做到这一点首先要做的就是提升民族地区图书管理员的综合素质以适应新的要求提供更好的服务。
The service of the library for the various nationalities needs diversification. Diversification is the trend of the society development. In order to achieve that, firstly the comprehensive quality of the librarians who are in ethic areas need improvement to adapt to the new requirement and provide better service.
