企业资源整合是企业优化内部资源配置的主要途径。在开展资源整合时,企业需要对自己的制度进行科学的规划,并根据市场需求,借助计算机网络技术将企业资源与社会资源进行统筹利用。在社会的发展之下,我国的物流行业也得到了迅速的发展,但是由于各类因素的影响,物流行业已然存在竞争混乱、企业数量多、规模小以及极度分散的情况,为此,必须要做好资源整合工作,本文主要分析第三方中小型物流企业资源整合模式的开展方式。

The enterprise resources integration is the main way to optimize the distribution of the internal resources in the enterprises. When develop the resources integration, the enterprises need to scientifically plan their system, and according to the requirement of the market, they need to conduct the integrated utilization on the enterprise resources and social resources by applying the computer network technology. With the development of the society, the logistics industry has been rapidly developed. But due to the influence of many factors, there are many problems in the logistics industry, such as chaotic competition, big number and small size of the enterprises and high dispersion. Thus, it＇s necessary to do the work of the resources integration. This paper mainly analyzes the development ways of resources integration mode of the third-party small and medium-sized logistics enterprises.
