目前许多发电企业实行的工资制度越来越显示出其不足。为了改善这些问题,更好地发挥薪酬的激励与保障作用,提升发电企业绩效,有必要对发电企业薪酬管理体系进行深入分析与探讨。
At present, the wage system of many power enterprises shows the shortcomings. In order to solve these problems, better play the incentive and guarantee role of salary, and enhance the performance of power enterprises, there is a need for in-depth analysis and discussion of the salary management system in power enterprises.
