摘要
企业文化是企业在市场竞争体制下的软实力。笔者结合多年党务工作经验,首先分析企业文化建设的作用,继而就如何培育企业精神和如何构建现代社会企业文化作深入分析。
The enterprise culture is the soft power under the market competition system. Combined with years of working experience in the party, the author firstly analyses the role of enterprise culture construction, and then deeply analyses how to cultivate the enterprise spirit and build enterprise culture in the modern society.
