摘要
人力资源是企业发展最为重要的资源,只有对人力资源进行科学合理的配置与利用才能够有效提升企业的竞争力,这是企业发展的根基,也是企业发展的核心力量。在各种因素的影响之下,我国很多企业在人力资源的开发与管理上还存在一些误区,这不仅会影响企业的综合竞争力,也不利于员工自身的发展。本文主要分析人力资源管理在企业核心竞争力领域的现状,并提出相应的解决措施。
Human resource is the most important resource for the development of enterprise. Only the scientific and reasonable configuration and utilization of the human resource can effectively improve the competitiveness of the enterprise. It is the root and the core strength of the enterprise development. Under the influence of various factors, there are some misunderstandings in the development and management of human resources of the enterprise, which not only influences the comprehensive competitiveness of the enterprise, also goes against the development of the staffs. This paper mainly analyses the present situation of the human resource management in the field of the enterprise core competitiveness and puts forward the related solutions.
