摘要
高职人才培养目标是高素质技能型人才,让学生经过系统的学习后,具备一定的职业技能和素养。本文在分析外贸企业对国贸专业人才职业技能要求的基础上,将企业需求的职业技能转化为课程考核任务,并以课程考核为指挥棒,引导学生参与课程的学习,从而实现学生职业技能的培养。
The training objective of vocational education is high-quality occupation skilled personnel. The students will have occupation skills and literacy after systematic study. Based on the analysis of foreign trade enterprises demand on the occupation skill, the paper turn the skills into assessment tasks, and curriculum assessment as the guild to lead the students to study, thus to realize the objectives of training occupation skilled personnel.
