便携式血糖仪与与全自动生化分析仪血糖检测结果的相关性分析

Analysis of the Correlation Between the Detection Result of Blood Glucose of Portable Blood Glucose Meter and That of Full Automatic Biochemical Analyzer

目的评价便携式血糖仪与全自动生化分析血糖检测结果之间的相关性。方法选取53份静脉血,先用各科室使用的便携式血糖仪检测后,在用Olympus AU640生化分析仪进行检测。以生化分析的检测结果为参考,对血糖仪的检测结果,进行统计学分析。结果便携式血糖仪与生化分析仪的血糖检测结果之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),相关性一致(r2>0.95)。结论便携式血糖仪血糖检测结果与生化分析仪血糖检测结果相关性良好,可用于临床日常的血糖监测。

Objective To evaluate the correlation between the blood glucose detection result of portable blood glucose meter and that of full automatic biochemical analyzer. Methods 53 cases of venous blood were selected and detected by portable blood glucose meter used in each department and Olympus AU640 biochemical analyzer, respectively. The detection result of portable blood glucose meter was analyzed statistically with referring that of the biochemical analyzer. Results The difference in the blood glucose detection result between portable blood glucose meter and biochemical analyzer was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）, the correlation was consistent（r2〉0.95）. Conclusion The blood glucose detection result of portable blood glucose meter has a good correlation with that of the biochemical analyzer, which can be used in clinical routine blood glucose monitoring.
