Your Excellency President Emomali Rahmon, Dear Colleagues, It is my pleasure to attend the SCO summit in Dushanbe. I would like to thank the Chair Tajikistan for making meticulous preparations and thoughtful arrangements for the summit. Over the past year, under the theme of ＂year of cooperation, common development and prosperity,＂ Tajikistan has made considerable and fruitful efforts for the growth of this organization, for which China expresses high appreciation.
