摘要
随着图书馆业的不断发展,读者满意度在图书馆服务工作中更具有重要的作用。本文对南昌工程学院读者满意度调查结果进行分析,提出改进图书馆读者服务方法。
With the development of university library industry, readers' satisfaction is of greater importance in the library service. This paper analyzes the results of readers' satisfaction survey of Nangchang Institute of Tech-nology, and proposes some methods to improve the library's service.
