First Exploration of Readers' Satisfaction of University Library

随着图书馆业的不断发展,读者满意度在图书馆服务工作中更具有重要的作用。本文对南昌工程学院读者满意度调查结果进行分析,提出改进图书馆读者服务方法。

With the development of university library industry, readers＆#39; satisfaction is of greater importance in the library service. This paper analyzes the results of readers＆#39; satisfaction survey of Nangchang Institute of Tech-nology, and proposes some methods to improve the library＆#39;s service.
