Research on Training Strategy of University Students' Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy

创业自我效能感是个体对自身创业能力的判断和评估形成的对自身能力的信心和信念,文章分析了创业自我效能感的维度划分和形成途径,提出高校要结合政府、企业、社会的帮助,通过建立创业教育保障机制,从创业教育的理论和实践两方面大力开展高校创业教育,提升大学生创业自我效能感。

Entrepreneurial self-efifcacy refers to conifdence and belief of self-ability,which is based from the judgment and evaluation on entrepreneurial ability. The article analyses dimensionality and formation of Entrepreneurial self-efifcacy. With the help of government, the enterprise and the society, college and universities should pursuing strong college enterprise education both theoretically and practically to promote university students＇ entrepreneurial self-efifcacy by establishing the safeguard mechanism of entrepreneurship education.
