摘要
简述妊娠期易栓症造成胎盘循环障碍的机制,从母体血液循环障碍和子宫血液循环障碍两方面阐述易栓症背景下的胎盘病变,以期加深对疾病的理解,并对该病造成不良围产结局的病理机制有重新认识。
This paper describes the mechanism of the placenta circulatory disturbance of thrombopbilia in pregnancy, and investigates the pathologic patterns of placentas through both sides of the maternal blood circulation disorders and uterine blood circulation disorders. This paper attempt to add deeper understanding of thrombophilia and recognize the pathological mechanism of relevant perinatal outcomes
