妊娠合并脑血管栓塞为产科严重合并症之一,其发病形式多样,临床表现缺乏特异性,增加诊断困难。近年随着磁共振成像、磁共振静脉血管成像及磁共振动脉血管成像技术的广泛应用,提高了该病的诊断率。该病的治疗同非妊娠患者,但需要产科和神经内、外科医师共同管理。

Pregnancy complicating cerebrovascular thrombosis is one of the severe obstetric complications that could lead to perinatal death. The clinical course and manifestation are so highly variable that increase the difficulty of diagnosis. With the wide application of the modem imaging techniques, such as magnetic resonance imaging, magnetic resonance venography and magnetic resonance angiography, it is easier to diagnose cerebrovascular thrombosis than before. No matter being pregnant or not, the cerebrovascular thrombosis patients are treated similarly. However, as the specialty of pregnancy, the patients need a muhidisciplinary team including obstetricians and neurologists.
