Anticoagulant therapy and delivery period management for pregnancy with valve replacement

妊娠合并心脏病行瓣膜置换术后的年轻女性仍旧面临妊娠和分娩问题,此类妇女在瓣膜种类的选择、孕前咨询、孕期管理、凝血功能的调整、围分娩期的处理是产科临床工作面临的难题。现结合国内外文献报道对上述问题进行讨论。

The pregnant women complicating with heart disease, even after valve replacement, still have to confront the problem of pregnancy and delivery. The obstetricians have to face out the difficult problems, such as selection of prosthetic heart valve, preconception consultation, adjustment of coagulation, management during pregnancy and delivery period. The above questions will be discussed in this article.
