摘要
针对一起400 V户外电力电缆短路故障,通过现场查勘及对事故原因三阶展开分析、运用鱼骨图揭示造成事故的各种因素,并结合矩阵图提出改进办法和应吸取的经验教训。
In view of 400 V short circuit fault in outdoor power cable, according to field investigation and analysis, using the fish bone diagram reveals various factors causing the accident cause of the accident three order, combined with the matrix proposes improvement methods and lessons to be drawn.
