摘要
营养与食品学是一门通识教育课程,是高校素质教育的培养模式。该文从课程背景、教学内容、教学方法与教学评价四个方面,探讨了营养与食品学通识教育课程的创新研究,为高校营养教育提供理论依据和实践参考。
Nutrition and bromatology is a general education course, and is quality education and cultivation of innovative model. Innovative of nutrition and bromatology general education course was explored from the aspects of curriculum background, teaching content, teaching methods and teaching evaluation. It laid the foundation for theoretical basis and practice reference of nutrition education in the university.
