基于原始医药档案的清宫医派研究

Research on Qing Court Medical School Based on Original Medical Records

清宫原始医药档案蕴含有大量有效方剂及其遣方用药规律内容,是研究清宫医学的第一手资料。以往的诸多研究采用传统的文献整理方法已将其转变成医案专著,并进行了一系列的总结与研究。我们在以往研究成果的基础上,通过构建清宫医案分析系统,将源于清代宫廷的原始医药档案作为一个学术流派进行梳理研究。将围绕清宫医疗经验特点、代表医家医著、名方名药等对相关研究成果进行简要介绍,以期进一步总结其学术思想,更好地服务于临床。

Original medical records of Qing court contained abundant effective prescriptions as well as rules of prescription and medication. So the materials are regarded as the first-hand data for the research on Qing court medicine. The previous studies usually adopted traditional literature arrangement method. Researchers have transformed them into medical treatises and have made a series of summaries and researches. On the basis of their achievements, we want to consider the original medical records as an academic school to carry out a trimming research by establishing an analytic system of Qing court medical records. Then we will briefly introduce the relative research results, inclu- ding therapeutic experience feature, medical works of representative doctors, famous prescription and medicinal so that to further conclude the academic thought and serve the clinic better.
