益气化痰通络合剂联合针刺与西药治疗脑梗死恢复期85例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Yiqi Huatan Tongluo Mixture Combined with Acupuncture and Western Medicine for 85 Cerebral Infarction Patients in Convalescence

目的观察益气化痰通络合剂联合针刺与西药对脑梗死恢复期患者的临床疗效。方法将172例脑梗死恢复期患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各86例。对照组采用西医内科综合治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加口服益气化痰通络合剂每次100ml,每日2次,并配合针刺,每日1次,两组均治疗30天。两组治疗前后进行神经功能缺损程度评分、中医证候评分及安全性评价。结果 171例完成观察,其中治疗组85例和对照组86例。治疗后两组患者神经功能缺损评分及中医证候评分均明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后神经功能缺损评分和中医证候评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗前后差值均明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组神经功能缺损程度综合疗效愈显率和总有效率分别为45.88%、91.76%,对照组为22.09%、66.28%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组中医证候疗效愈显率和总有效率分别为45.88%、92.94%,对照组为19.77%、62.79%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气化痰通络合剂联合针刺与西药可以明显改善患者神经功能缺损及中医证候。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Yiqi Huatan Tongluo Mixture combined with acupuncture and western medicine on cerebral infarction （CI） patients in convalescence. Methods Totally 172 CI patients in convalescence were randomized into the treatment group and control group, with 86 in each. Both groups were given routine treatment. The treatment group was added with Yiqi Huatan Tongluo Mixture （oral administration for 100 ml, twice each day） and acupuncture at points Hegu （LI4） and Taichong （LV3） once each day. Both groups were treated for 30 days. The neurological impairment degree, TCM syndrome score and safety evaluation index in both groups were observed before and after treatment. Results A total of 171 cases finished the observation, 85 in b the treatment group and 86 in the control group. After treatment, the neurological impairment score and TCM symptom score were significantly decreased in both groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ） and the scores in the treatment group was remarkably lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. The difference between before and after treatment in the treatment t group was significantly bigger than that in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The curative rate and total effective rate of clinical neurological function deficit scale in the treatment group were 45.88% and 91.76% respectively and 22.09% and 66. 28% in the control group respectively, with a significant difference between groups （P 〈0. 05）. The curative rate and total effective rate of TCM symptoms in the treatment group were 45.88% and 92.94% respectively and 19.76% and 62. 79% in the control group respectively, with a significant difference between groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Yiqi Huatan Tongluo Mixture combined with acupuncture and western medicine can obviously relieve the symptoms and signs of neurological impairment.
