Expressions and significance of Ca_v3.1 and Ca_v3.2 in cervical cancer tissue

摘要 目的:探讨T-型钙通道Cav3.1、Cav3.2蛋白在宫颈癌中的表达及其与宫颈癌在临床、病理及预后的关系。方法:应用免疫组化技术,检测60例正常宫颈组织和90例宫颈癌中T-型钙通道Cav3.1、Cav3.2蛋白的表达水平。结果:宫颈癌中T-型钙通道Cav3.1、Cav3.2蛋白的表达水平高于正常宫颈组织(P<0.01)。T-型钙通道Cav3.1、Cav3.2在宫颈癌组织中过表达率与临床期别、病理分化程度呈正相关(P<0.01),淋巴结转移组T-型钙通道Cav3.1、Cav3.2蛋白的过表达率高于淋巴结无转移组(P<0.05),未发现T-型钙通道Cav3.1、Cav3.2蛋白的表达与病理类型、年龄及肿瘤大小有关(P>0.05)。结论:T-型钙通道Cav3.1、Cav3.2蛋白的异常表达与宫颈癌显著相关,在宫颈癌的发生、发展和侵袭转移过程中起到促进作用,其激活可能与宫颈癌的恶性进展及预后有关。 Objective: To explore the expressions of T - type Ca2+ channels Cav3.1 and Cav3.2 in cervical cancer and the relationships with clinical and pathological characteristics and prognosis. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression levels of Cav3.1 and Cav3.2 in 60 cases with normal cervix and 90 cases with cervical cancer. Results: The expression levels of Cav3.1 and Cav3.2 in cervical cancer tissue were statistically significantly higher than those in normal cervical tissue ( P 〈 0.01 ) . The over - expression rates of Cav3.1 and Cav3.2 in cervical cancer tissue were positively correlated with clinical stages and pathologically differentiated degrees (P 〈 0. 01 ) . The over - expression rates of Cav3.1 and Cav3.2 in cervical cancer cases with lymph node metastasis were statistically significantly higher than those in cervical cancer cases without lymph node metastasis (P 〈0. 05) . There was no correlation between the expressions of Cav3.1 and Cav3.2 and pathological types, age and the size of tumors (P 〉 0.05) . Conclusion : The abnormal expressions of Car3. 1 and Ca,3. 2 are significantly correlated with cervical cancer, which promote the oncogenesis, development, invasion and metastasis of cervical cancer, the activation of Cav3.1 and Cav3.2 may be related to aggravation and prognosis of cervical cancer.
