IEX-1、HIF-1α和NF-κB蛋白在宫颈癌组织中的表达及临床意义 被引量:3

Expressions of IEX-1,HIF-1α and NF-κB in cervical cancer and their significance

摘要 目的:通过检测IEX-1、HIF-1α和NF-κB蛋白在宫颈癌组织和细胞中的表达情况,初步探讨其与宫颈癌发病的关系。方法:选取2009年1月~2011年10月该院病理科手术存档的蜡块标本116份,根据病变程度分为宫颈癌患者标本50份(A组)、宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)患者标本40份(B组)和正常宫颈标本26份(C组)。采用免疫组化法检测3组宫颈组织中IEX-1、HIF-1α和NF-κB蛋白的表达,并分析3者的相关性。结果:IEX-1在A组的阳性表达率明显低于B组和C组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),HIF-1α和NF-κB在A组的阳性表达率均明显高于B组和C组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);A组IEX-1、HIF-1α和NF-κB的表达均与组织学分级及有无淋巴结转移相关(P〈0.05),与患者年龄、肿瘤的组织学类型和FIGO分期无关(P〉0.05);A组HIF-1α和NF-κB的表达呈正相关(r=0.398,P〈0.05),两者与IEX-1的表达呈负相关(r=-0.322、-0.517,P均〈0.05)。结论:IEX-1、HIF-1α和NF-κB蛋白的表达变化与宫颈癌的发生发展有关。 Objective: To explore the relationship between IEX - 1, HIF - 1α, NF - kB and oncogenesis of cervical cancer by de- tecting the expressions of 1EX - 1, HIF - 1α and NF - KB in cervical cancer tissue and cells. Methods: A total of 116 paraffin - embedded cervical tissue specimens were selected from Department of Pathology in the hospital from January 2009 to October 2011, then they were divided into group A (50 cervical cancer specimens), group B (40 cervical intraepithelial neoplasia specimens) and group C (26 normal cer- vical specimens) according to degree of the disease. Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expressions of IEX - 1, HIF - 1α and NF - kB in the three groups, the correlation was analyzed. Results: The positive expression rate of IEX - 1 in group A was statistically significantly lower than those in group B and group C (P 〈 0.05 ), the positive expression rates of HIF -1α and NF - kB in group A was sta- tistically significantly higher than those in group B and group C (P 〈 O. 05) . In group A, the expressions of IEX - 1, HIF -1α and NF -kB were correlated with histological grades and lymph node metastasis (P 〈 0. 05 ), but the expressions of IEX- 1, HIF-1α and NF-kB were not correlated with age, histological types and FIGO staging (P 〉 0.05 ) ; there was a positive correlation between HIF -1α expression and NF - kB expression in group A ( r = 0. 398, P 〈 0. 05 ), there was a negative correlation between HIF - 1 a expression, NF - kB expression and IEX - 1 expression ( r = - O. 322, P 〈 O. 05 ; r = - O. 517, P 〈 O. 05 ) . Conclusion : The changes of expressions of IEX - 1, HIF - 1α and NF - kB are correlated with oncogenesis and development of cervical cancer.
