三维适形放疗结合腔内后装治疗宫颈癌的疗效分析

Analysis on the curative effect of three- dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with intercavity brachytherapy for cervical cancer

目的：探讨三维适形放疗结合腔内后装放疗在宫颈癌治疗中的疗效及放疗并发症。方法：选取2008年4月~2012年12月确诊的宫颈癌70例为研究对象。随机分两组。单纯三维适形放疗治疗组为A组,35例,使95%等剂量曲线包绕靶区,肿瘤剂量50Gy,缩野加量至60Gy;3DCRT结合腔内后装组为B组,35例,肿瘤剂量50Gy,腔内照射5~6次,A点总剂量30~35Gy。结果：B组远期疗效明显高于A组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。不良反应发生率B组明显低于A组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：三维适形放疗结合腔内后装放疗治疗是治疗宫颈癌的有效方法。

Objective： To explore the curative effect of three - dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with intercavity brachytherapy for cervical cancer and the complications of radiotherapy. Methods： Seventy patients diagnosed as cervical cancer definitely from April 2008 to December 2012 were selected as study objects, then the patients were randomly divided into two groups, 35 patients in group A were treated with simple three -dimensional conformal radiotherapy, 95% isodose ray surrounded the target region, the tumor dose was 50 Gy, then it increased to 60 Gy at the same time of shrinking target region ; 35 patients in group B were treated with three - dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with intercavity brachytherapy, the tumor dose was 50 Gy, intercavity brachytherapy was performed for 5 - 6 times, the total dose of point A was 30 - 35 Gy. Results： The long - term curative effect in group B was statistically significantly higher than that in group A （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the incidence rate of adverse reactions in group B was statistically significantly lower than that in group A （P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusion ： Three - dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with intercavity brachytherapy is effective in treatment of cervical cancer, which can improve the long - term curative effect and does not reduce the adverse reactions.
