摘要
通过改变垃圾焚烧炉炉拱结构,运用"L型火焰燃烧技术"和理论公式对炉拱结构进行分析研究,目的针对燃料的适应性、燃烧稳定性和负荷调节能力而进行热态模拟试验,其主要内容是温度场的测定。因温度场的高低直接反映了锅炉运行的稳定性,所以针对热态试验的八种不同燃烧工况组织了燃烧试验,实测了八种工况下炉内的温度分布,证实了提出的垃圾焚烧炉炉拱结构的合理性和适用性。
By changing the waste incineration furnace arch structure, with L-type Flame Combustion Technology and the theoretical formula to analysis the arch structures. In view of the fuel compatibility, the burning stability and load ad- justment ability, to carries out the thermal state simulation test, the main aim is to determinate the temperature field. Be- cause of the changing of temperature field can directly reflect the boiler operation stability, therefore the burning test has been organized under eight kinds of different burning operating mode, which confirmed the rationality and the adaptability of the structure of the proposed waste incineration furnace arches.
