摘要
本文介绍了间歇泵润滑、连续泵润滑两种贯流机组常用的轴承润滑系统。分析了两种润滑系统的设计特点、工作方式等。在此基础上提出系统布置方式,对高、低位油箱油位的设置进行了分析,并给出了管路阻力损失的计算方法,对贯流机组轴承润滑系统的设计具有一定的指导意义。
This paper describes two common use lubrication systems for bulb generating of unit which are lubrication with intermittent operating pump and lubrication with continuous operating pump, and the design features, working methods, etc are analyzed for the two lubricating system. Based on these, the lubrication system arrangements are given, as well as the setting for upper oil tank and lower oil tank. And the calculation of the pipes resistance losses is also given. This paper has a certain significance for the design of the bulb unit lubrication system.
