摘要 传统方式下的超大型鼠笼式三相异步电动机设计,为了提高启动能力往往会牺牲掉效率、温升、体积重量、甚至成本。近年来针对超大型三相异步电动机的专用调速器(Adjustable-Speed Drive,简称:ASD)应运而生并开始应用,但针对ASD的高性价比的电动机的设计制造相对落后,一手的试验比较数据更加缺乏。如同变频器促进了专用的变频调速型的中小型三相异步电动机的设计一样,本文针对ASD应用的超大型鼠笼式三相异步电动机,从该类电动机关键的启动分析入手,以损耗与效率为关注重点,通过火电厂给水泵用3MW的ASD型超大鼠笼式三相异步电动机的试验比较分析,得出具有参考价值的试验数据及结论。 The traditional methods of super large squirrel-cage three-phase asynchronous motor design, in order to improve the capacity to start, will tend to sacrifice efficiency, temperature, volume, weight and cost. In recent years, Adjustable-Speed Drive(abbreviation: ASD) of very large three-phase asynchronous motor special governor began to be used and mature. As the converter promoted the special frequency control type small three-phase ifiduction motor design, according to the ASD application of super large squirrel-cage three-phase asynchronous motor design is not mature. This article analyzes the key of the motor firstly with efficiency as the core index. By design and experimental comparison and analysis of 3MW super squirrel-cage three-phase asynchronous motor of ASD drive, reached the high starting performance, low efficiency, small volume and weight, lower cost. This paper will give designers of asynchronous motor provide some experience.
