宁德核电站2号发电机转子接地检测系统设计缺陷研究

摘要 本文针对宁德核电站2号发电机启动试验过程中所发生的转子接地故障,通过对发电机转子、励磁机输出回路、地滑环轴的检查,发现测量滑环轴接至发电机转子回路的软引线在高速旋转离心力作用下,滑环轴膛内引线绝缘层被磨损,造成发电机转子回路接地。因此,判断测量滑环轴引出线存在设计缺陷,向制造厂提出了固定引线的解决方案。这一缺陷的发现也为今后制造同类型发电机转子检测装置提供了宝贵的经验。 According to the rotor earth fault presenting in Ning-de nuclear power plant Unit 2, commissioning engineers checked the out-put loop of the rotor and exciter, and also the collector ring of rotor measurement and monitoring system, found that the cables between the rotor and collector ring was abraded when the turbine speed grew up, and lead to the rotor earth fault. During causation analyzing, commissioning engineers judged there was a defect in design of collector ring cables, and then provide the manufactory a proposal. This discovery will be helpful for the manufactory to produce the same type rotor measurement and monitoring system.
