结构功能主义视角下的社区养老服务分析

Analysis on the Community Pension Service under the Perspective of the Structural-Functionalism

伴随老龄化社会的加剧,养老问题成了社会关注的焦点和热点。该文以社会学的视角:结构功能主义理论,从结构和功能两方面分析社区养老服务的现实可能性,并指出家庭养老以及机构养老的弊端:诸如人口结构等的变化导致家庭规模的小型化、机构养老供需紧张,进入门槛高、费用高等问题,从而探索出适合我国社会发展的社区养老服务模式,即建立以政府为主导,社会、市场、民间组织等多元主体参与的,提供多元化的筹资渠道,培育专业化的养老服务队伍的社区养老服务模式。

Abatract：With the increasing aging population,the pension problems have become the focus that the peo-ple pay close attention to.The author uses the sociological perspective： the theory of the structural-function-alism,which will analysize the community pension service in each aspects and will also point out the weak-nesses about the family support of old age and institutions for the old.For example,the change of the popu-lation structure will lead to the small tendency of family size,the short supply and the high cost of the in-stitutions for old age.Through the above analysis,we can explore our own model about the community pen-sion service,which will establish the mechanism of the multiple departments under the leading of the gov-ernment and widen the sources of the funding and improve the level of the professional service team.
