该文简述了建设校外实习基地的意义和原则,并根据学校具体情况提出了加强实习基地建设的建议。主要包括:聘请校外实习基地技术骨干为生产实习指导老师;学校进一步完善校外实习基地各项制度等。
The significance and principles of the construction of Practicing teaching bases have been ana-lyzed and summarized in this article while the suggestions for strengthening the construction of practice teaching bases have been also put forward in this article,including recruiting technical backbone of the practicing bases for advisor and improving the systems of the practicing bases out of the college campus.
