摘要
采用一闪速炉模型,用石英沙模拟不同气流量和投料量下中央扩散型精矿喷嘴的颗粒分布情况,用偏析函数px和反应塔中间区域颗粒质量分数x_(cent)来反映颗粒的分散情况。结果表明,颗粒随工艺风的增加向中心聚集、随分散风的增加向四周分散。要使颗粒分散较好,需要工艺风和分散风对颗粒作用效果相匹配,高强度闪速熔炼需减小工艺风对颗粒向下的作用力。
With a flash furnace model, sand is used to simulate particle distribution of central diffuse type concentrate burner under different gas flows and feed rates. The segregation function px and particle mass percent of central area Xcent were adopted to reflect particle dispersion. The results show that particles are gathered to central area with increase of process air, and dispersed with increase of distribution air. A suitable match between process air and distribution air facilitates particle dispersion well. Reduction of vertical force of process air is necessary for high intensity flash smelting.
