Rural Education Promotion: the Fundamentality of Industry Repaying Agriculture

我国政府反哺农业财力有限,工业反哺农业的着重点应放在最能对农业发展产生长久支撑作用的教育上,并借鉴国外一些成功经验,通过设立专项教育基金、制定优惠鼓励政策、完善教育人事和培训制度、健全教育管理和监督机制等有效措施,促进农村和农村教育发展。

Due to the government＇s limited financial capacity for repaying agriculture,we should shift the focus of industry repaying agriculture to education which is most likely to exert a lasting influence on agricultural development,learn from the successful foreign experience,and take effective measures to promote the development of rural areas and agricultural education,such as establishing spe-cial education fund,making preferential encouragement policies,improving educational personnel and training systems,and setting up educational management and supervision mechanisms and so on.
