图书馆学科研究与队伍建设之我见

An Analysis of Library Subject Research and Team Construction

改革开放以来,图书馆学科研究与队伍建设有了长足的进步。但是图书馆学科研究与队伍建设仍然适应不了图书馆事业发展的需要。基于此,结合工作实际,阐述图书馆学科研究与队伍建设相对滞后的状况,探讨分析存在问题的原因,提出加强图书馆学科研究与队伍建设的办法措施。

Since the reform and opening up,the library subject research and team construction have made rapid progress but can not adapt to the demand of library development. The paper,based on work practice,discusses the backwardness of the library subject research and team construction,explores the reasons and puts forward some effective measures that can further strengthen and facilitate the library subject research and team construction.
