摘要
哈尔滨市长江路地道桥内因车辆追尾爆炸起火,造成地道桥内结构严重受损、道路封闭。本文详细阐述了火灾后地道桥的荷载试验、混凝土抗压强度试验、地道桥损坏等级评定。研究并拟定了总体加固方案、钢筋加固方案、混凝土加固方案、加固工艺流程、冬季施工防寒方法以及施工注意事项等技术文件。该桥加固后,经多年运营观察,效果良好,这些技术确保了哈尔滨市长江路尽快恢复使用。桥梁烧损加固技术是一项有代表性、复杂性的新课题,因此,研究铁路桥梁火灾后的结构受力分析、加固设计和施工技术具有现实意义。
The fire due to the crash in a underpass bridge in the Changjiang Road in Harbin caused a severe structural damage,resulting in the close of the road. T his paper introduced the load test,the concrete compressive strength test and the underpass damage assessment for this burned bridge. T he corresponding strengthening techniques were suggested including the overall strengthening plan,steel reinforcement technique,concrete reinforcement program,construction procedure and construction method in winter. The reinforcement,which contributed to the earlier opening of the road,proved effective for years. As a new topic,the strengthening of the burned bridges is significantly important and complicated. Accordingly,the performance study and strengthening techniques of damaged bridges due to fire are meaningful.
